Dear NIDDK,

Our Executive Office (EO) team is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to help you navigate our administrative environment. As a valued member of the NIDDK community, your voice is of great importance to us.

Please take a moment to take part in the 2023 NIDDK Administrative Customer Service Survey, where we are requesting input on the services we provide. The anonymous survey is now open through November 30th 2023 and will take no more than 15 minutes to complete. All NIDDK Staff including FTEs, non-FTEs, and contractors are eligible to participate.
