Abstract: This is a revision of a currently approved generic clearance to comply with the Administrations goals and priorities and to extend for an additional three years. The purpose of the “Generic Clearance for the Collection of Customer Participation and Satisfaction with NIH Programs, Processes, Products, and Services” is to continue to provide a flexible and timely approval framework that facilitates the collection of information needed to measure and improve the performance of NIH programs, processes, products, or services.
