The Office of Migrant Education (OME) is requesting updates to this Information Collection Request (ICR) to align Minimum Data Element (MDE) #9 to
other Migrant Education Program (MEP) collections. Specifically, the proposed value change will align data collected by MSIX to data collected via the
National Certificate of Eligibility (COE). We do not think this proposed change will change the approved burden.
