Abstract: The proposed revision to the APR entails adding additional options to Section 1, Part A, #9 addressing questions about project summer service, and Section 2, #28 addressing student participation during summer period. In the 2023-24 performance period, 38 out of 1,265 projects transitioned to a one-time 15-month performance period, covering two summers.
