The EAC will be using the EAC specific FFR format previously approved under OMB# 3265-0022 for use by for Help America Vote College Program grantees. Some sections of the approved EAC specific FFR will not be required to be completed by grantees. The accompanying instructions, though they collect no data, have been updated to reflect the needs of Help America Vote College Program grantees. This non-substantive change request would amend the instructions to indicate that items 10p-10r and 12a-12e.1 are not required for Help America Vote College Program grantee financial reporting and removing references to EAC formula funding as this is a discretionary grant program.
