The change in burden is a PROGRAM CHANGE due to a change (i.e., decrease) in the estimated annual number of responses.
â¢Program Change â decrease of 33 hours â is due to the elimination of form CG-6025AâVulnerability and Security Measures Addendum. Form CG-6025A was used to supplement the CG-6025âFacility Vulnerability and Security Measures Summary form when a facility needed to report more than 2 vulnerabilities. The revised form CG-6025 is expandable and eliminates the need for an addendum. The Coast Guard estimates that annually there will be 980 fewer responses per year, at a savings of 2 minutes per response, for a total reduction in burden of 33 hours.
Except as noted above, the reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and the methodology for calculating burden, remain unchanged.
