Rule 30b1-9 requires certain
registered investment companies to file portfolio holdings reports
on Form N-PORT(17 CFR 274.150) on a monthly basis with the
Commission.
US Code:
15
USC 80a-29 Name of Law: Investment Company Act of 1940
The estimated annual burden
hours associated with the Form N-PORT collection of information has
increased from 1,929,237 hours to 2,000,834 hours (an increase of
71,597 hours). The estimated annual external cost burden has
increased from $136,290,893 to 177,742,893 (an increase of
$41,452,000). The increase burden estimates are associated with
amendments to Form N-PORT to, among other things, increase the
required filing frequency. These changes in burden also reflect the
Commission’s revision and update of burden estimates for all
information collections under this OMB control number (whether or
not associated with rulemaking changes), and the Commission
requested public comment on all information collection burden
estimates for this OMB control number.
