As part of the EPAs effort to update 40 CFR 63, Subpart EEE, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Hazardous Waste Combustors, additional information and electronic reporting will be required of sources. This supporting statement describes the updates to this subpart, explains the rationale behind this information collection request and quantifies the cost to both the affected sources and the agency.
