Abstract: Records created in the normal course of business by entities subject to Title VII, ADA, GINA, and the PWFA will be maintained for a period of one year or two years (possibly longer if a charge of discrimination is filed under Title VII, ADA, GINA, or the PWFA) to assist EEOC in assuring compliance with the Acts' nondiscrimination requirements.
