Abstract: Records created in the normal course of business by entities subject to Title VII, ADA, and GINA will be maintained for a period of one year or two years (possibly longer if a charge of discrimination is filed under Title VII, ADA, or GINA) to assist EEOC in assuring compliance with the Acts' nondiscrimination requirements.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
