OMB acknowledges receipt of the NSF justification memo and accepts the non-substantive changes under the OIRA EO 14168 implementation guidance to this collection. NSF has met its obligation to brief OMB on the associated bridge study. NSF may discontinue the associated bridge study also in conformity with EO 14168. NSF should obtain and store all data collected, or documents prepared, under OMB Control Number 3145-0141. NSF should ensure that all data assets are cataloged in the agency comprehensive data inventory, consistent with OMB guidance and the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018.
