Abstract: This information is required to ensure that a vessel engaged in certain aquaculture operations has applied for and received a waiver. A vessel owner or operator must notify Coast Guard and provide a copy of the waiver. The statutory authority is 46 U.S.C. 12102. This authority is delegated by the Secretary to the Coast Guard via the Department of Homeland Security Delegation No. 0170.1, Revision No. 01.2. (II)(92)(h).
