(collectively, "funds") to register under the Securities Act of
1933 securities to be issued in certain types of transactions,
including certain fund mergers. Form N-14 provides investors with
material information regarding such securities. This collection is
a reporting requirement to file information with the SEC, which
allows it to verify compliance with securities laws.

burden for entities affected by Form N-14 has decreased from
