Short Statement: The Commission has re-evaluated the existing burdens associated with this information collection since the last time this information collection was reviewed and approved by OMB. In this submission, the Commission makes the following adjustments: (a) the annual number of respondents has decreased by -45, from 158 respondents to 113 annual number of respondents; (b) the annual number of responses has decreased by -45, from 261 responses to 216 annual number of responses; (c) the annual burden hours has decreased by -85, from 275 to 190 annual burden hours; and (d) the annual cost has decreased by -$8,100, from $15,300 to $7,200. There are no program changes.
