Navy CHINFO Quarterly Brand Opinion Survey is conducted via the Gallup Panel. Consent is obtained for participation in the Panel and the surveys administered through it at the time of empanelment. Below is the consent used.
Welcome to the Gallup Panel! The Gallup Panel is a national community of people like you who want to have their voice heard and help others have a voice. The Panel consists of over 100,000 people who have been invited to share their opinions and help guide leaders in important areas, such as business, government, and media.
We just need a few minutes of your time today. First, we’ll ask you a few questions to get your opinion on some important topics. Next, we will ask for your contact information so we can send you future survey invitations.
Here is additional information about being a panel member:
• We will ask you to respond to a few surveys per month. Most will take you 10-15 minutes to complete, but we'll let you know if a survey is going to be longer than normal. We know that our members are busy, so if you can't respond right away, we may send you a reminder. If you can't complete the survey, that's OK! We'll be sure to include you in the next one!
• Gallup will never sell or share your personal information, email address or other contact information.
• We will never report your responses to the survey questions in a way that could identify you. Your personal contact information (such as name or email address) will never be combined or stored with your survey responses.
• We may use some of your survey responses to send you surveys that we think will be most interesting or relevant to you.
• We may combine the results of one survey with the results of another survey.
• Your participation in the panel is voluntary and you can ask to be removed at any time.
• To thank you for your help with our research, the Gallup Panel offers small rewards (usually worth a few dollars). When you are invited to a survey, we will let you know the reward amount. After you complete each survey, you'll be able to pick the reward you want on the Gallup Panel member website, which includes electronic gift cards to stores and restaurants or charitable donations.
