We estimate that the total annual burden hours associated with Form N-CSR will increase by 3,345 hours and that the total cost will increase by $2,589,030. The reasons for the changes in annual time burden and annual cost burden estimates are a result of the proposed amendments that would require more particularized disclosure regarding a boardâs approval of advisory contracts with performance fees as well as a revision in the method by which staff calculates hourly rates and a modernization of the methodology used to calculate the cost to the Federal government.
