The 2017 WHIP establishes the requirements for eligible producers who suffered eligible crop, tree, bush, and vine losses resulting from 2017 hurricanes and wildfires as specified in Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018. The information collection is necessary for FSA to evaluate the application and other required paperwork for determining the producer’s eligibilities and assist in producer’s payment calculations.
The latest form for 2017 Wildfires and Hurricanes Indemnity Program (2017 WHIP) (Florida Citrus Block Grant) and Quality Loss Adjustment (QLA) Program expires 2022-03-31 and can be found here.
