Data Collection for Compliance with Government Performance and Results Act

EDA must collect specific data from grant recipients to report to Congress and stakeholders on its performance in meeting its stated goals and objectives. EDA proposes to extend using Forms ED-916, ED-917, and ED-918, which are currently used to collect limited performance information from recipients receiving assistance under three of EDA’s non-infrastructure programs. The Forms ED-916, ED-917, and ED-918 comprehensively cover all of EDA’s non-infrastructure programs. EDA does not propose any revisions under this information collection, Form ED-915, which collects information on EDA's infrastructure and revolving loan fund programs, but may do so in the future.
