Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 229, Taxes, and related clause at 252.229

DFARS Part 229 and the clause at 252.229-7010 require contractors, whose contracts are awarded in the United Kingdom and which require the use of certain fuels and lubricants during performance, to provide the contracting officer with evidence that an attempt to obtain relief from customs duty on fuels and lubricants has been initiated.
