The Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, is submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The OCAHO E-Filing Portal will allow parties to OCAHO cases to file complaints electronically, request electronic access to a case to which they are a party, file motions and requests electronically, and receive service of orders and decisions from OCAHO by email.
