The NASA Safety Reporting System (NSRS) is a response hazard identification and reporting system for any National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) employee or contractor working in support of NASA to report and aid in the elimination of unsafe conditions and the prevention of accidents. In addition, it serves as a mechanism for elevating problems to selected upper management when standard channels fail.
