Commission's Rules to Ensure Compatibility with Enhanced 911 Emergency Calling Systems

Consistent with the Enhance 911 Act, and in order to monitor compliance with the requirements of Section 20.18 (g)(1)(v) of the Commission's rules, the Commission has imposed reporting requirements on wireless service providers.
