PUBLIC INSPECTION. THE COMMISSION USES THE TARIFFS TO DETERMINE THE
PROPERITY OF THE LEVEL RATES, FARES, CHARGES AND PARACTICES
DEMANDED, CHARGED, COLLECTED OR OBSERVED BY THE CARRIERS. (RELATED
DOCUMENT - VOLUNTARY LETTER TO AMERICAN AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION
MEMBERS).
