Abstract: UNDER THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT, UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS ARE NOT PAYABLE FOR ANY DAY IN WHICH REMUNERATION IS PAYABLE OR ACCRUES TO THE CLAIMANT. THE COLLECTION OBTAINS INFORMATION FROM A CLAIMANT, CLAIMS AGENT OR NON-RAILROAD EMPLOYER ABOUT ANY WORK PERFORMED DURING THE SAME PERIOD AS UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS ARE CLAIMED.
