must reduce the proposed information requirements to those
explicitly required by statute or to where a clear Federal need can
be demonstrated. HUD should submit separate clearance request for
the entitlement, HUD administered small city program and Indian
program. Each package should include all information requirements
from application to performance or closeout reports.
