Abstract: IN RESPONSE TO A FEDERAL COURT ORDER, EPA PROPOSES THE EXISTING PCB RU TO AUTHORIZE THE USE AND SERVICING OF PCB'S IN VARIOUS ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. RECORDKEEPING OBLIGATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION OF PCB TRANSFORMERS. THESE RECORDS WILL BE IMPORTANT FOR EPA COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER STATUTE.
