PURSUANT TO SECTION 332 OF THE TARIFF
ACT OF 1930, THE U.S.I.T.C IS REQUIRED TO PERIODICALLY PROVIDE
CURRENT STATISTICAL INFORMATION ON THE BROOM INDUSTRY TO THE
PRESIDENT. THIS DATA IS USED TO MONITOR THE IMPACT OF IMPORTS ON
THE INDUSTRY AND/ OR ASSESS THE IMPACT OF TARIFF RELIEF PREVIOUSLY
GRANTED TO BROOM PRODUCERS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
