Abstract: THE CANCER INFORMATION SERVICE PROVIDES THE GENERAL PUBLIC, CANCER PATIENTS AND FAMILIES, AND HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WITH THE LATEST INFORMATION ON CANCER. THE FIELD EVALUATION INVOLVES ASKING CIS USERS SEVEN QUESTIONS, INCLUDING FIVE DEMOGRAPHICS. THE RESULTING INFORMATION IS USED TO MONITOR PROGRAM PROGRESS.
