Abstract: TO EXAMINE AN INVENTORY'S EFFICACY FOR IMPROVING CANDIDATE SELECTION THAT RESEARCH SUGGESTS COULD BE COST EFFECTIVE AND VALID FOR PREDICTING CORSS-CULTURAL ADJUSTMENT OVERSEAS. NORMS WILL BE ESTABLISHED PLUS THE INVENTORY'S ABILITY TO PREDICT CHANGES AS CANDIDATES GO THROUGH PEACE CORPS' DELIVERY SYSTEM AND BEGIN OVERSEAS OVERSEAS SERVICE.
