Abstract: EPA IS EXPANDING THIS SURVEY TO INCLUDE MORE SITES AND ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS PER SITE. THE EXPANSION WILL PERMIT THE AGENCY TO MANAGE THE NEWLY ESTABLISHED SIP CREDIT PROGRAM TO CURB TAMPERING WITH VEHICLE EMISSION SYSTEMS WHILE ASSESSING AND MONITORING TRENDS IN TAMPERING.
