Abstract: THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS UTILIZES ENG FORM 3926 IN CONJUNCTION WITH ENG FORM 3925 AS ITS BASIC SOURCE OF INPUT TO CONDUCT ITS WATERBORNE COMMERCE STATISTICS PROGRAM.
