OMB must give such approval before they are printed. 2. Question 1C regarding eligible applicants not receiving awards must be deleted since there is no need for this information and no statutory requirement for it. 3. Income-level intervals in item 2A are to be replaced with the following Census intervals: $0 - 9,999, $10,000 - 19,999, $20,000 - 29,999, $30,000 - 39,999, and $40,000 or more. This will make this data comparable to other Title IV Higher Education Act programs.
