Abstract: THIS REQUIREMENT IS NEEDED TO EXPAND DEFINITION OF PRIVATE AIRCRAFT TO INCLUDE NON-SCHEDULED COMMERCIAL GENERAL AVIATION AIRCRAFT IN SPECIAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR AIRCRAFT ENTERING THE U.S. FROM THE SOUTH. THE PURPOSE IS TO COMBAT DRUG SMUGGLING FROM SOURCE COUNTRIES BY SUCH AIRCRAFT.
