Abstract: THE BUREAU OF MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATI OF THE FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS REGULATION IT IS NECESSARY FOR THE BUREAU TO HAVE MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE OF HOW MANY ENTITIES ARE SUBJECT TO THESE REGULATIONS AND SOME KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR OPERATIONS.
