Abstract: RM85-7 IS A REVISION TO THE WELL CATEGORY DETERMINATIONS, FERC-568. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION IS MANDATORY PURSUANT TO THE NATURAL GAS POLICY ACTOF 1978 FOR JURISDICTIONAL AGENCY DETERMINATIONS. REQUIREMENT FOR NEW APPLICATIONS FOR CERTAIN PRESSURE BUILD-UP DETERMINATIONS FOR STRIPPER WELLS AND NOTICES OF DISQUALIFICATIONS ARE ELIMINATED.
