Abstract: INFORMATION ALLOWS DETERMINATION OF EMISSIONS CONFORMITY OF NEW AUTOMOBILES VIA SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AUDITS (SEA'S). ADDITIONALLY, MANUFACTURERS SUBMIT QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSEMBLY LINE EMISSIONS DATA QUARTERLY WHICH IS USED TO SELECT CLASSES FOR THE AUDITS. SEA'S ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH THE PRODUCTION YEAR.
