Abstract: THE ANNUAL ESTIMATE OF REQUIREMENTS (AER) IS THE BASIC PL 480, TITLE II PROGRAM DOCUMENT THAT PROVIDES INFORMATION CRITICAL FOR PROGRAM PLANNING AND FOR DETERMINING THE BUDGETING FOR THE TITLE II FOOD FOR PEACE PROGRAM. THE AER'S INCLUDE PLANNED RECIPIENT AND RATIO LEVELS, NUMBER OF DISTRIBUTION, OPERATING RESERVES NEEDED AND INVENTORIES ON HAND. THERE ARE EIGHT (8) VOLUNTARY AGENCIES
