Abstract: TITLE 43 CFR 4700 AND A RECENT COURT ORDER REQUIRE SPECIFIC INFORMATIO BE COLLECTED FROM THE PUBLIC DESIRING ADOPTION OF OR TITLE TO WILD HORSES AND BURROS. INFORMATION IS ALSO REQUESTED FROM LANDOWNERS DESIRING REMOVAL OF WILD HORSES OR BURROS FROM PRIVATE LANDS. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE THE QUALIFICATION OF APPLICANTS TO ADOPT AND THE NEED TO REMOVE ANIMALS FROM PRIVATE LANDS.
