IT CONTAINS DATA ABOUT THE PERSON'S DEATH, DISPOSITION OF REMAINS, CUSTODY OF EFFECTS, ALL OF WHICH ARE FREQUENTL FOUND USEFUL BY THE DECEASED'S FAMILY, ATTORNEY AND SO FORTH, IN LEGAL OR OTHER PROCEEDINGS IN THE U.S. AND ABROAD. CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS REQUIRES PREPARATION OF REPORT WHEN REPORTING DEATH OF U.S CITIZEN.
