Abstract: THE CIS PROVIDES THE GENERAL PUBLIC, CANCER PATIENTS AND FAMILIES, HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WITHE THE LATEST INFORMATION ON CANCER. THIS FIELD EVALUATION INVOLVE ASKING CIS USERS 7 QUESTIONS, INCLUDING 5 DEMOGRAPHICS. THE RESULTING INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY LOCAL AND NATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT TO MONITOR PROGRAM PROGRESS AND REPORT FINDINGS OF THE PROFESSIONAL LITERATURE.
