MONTH LISTED IN THE 1987 REGULATORY PROGRAM OF THE UNITED STATES
GOVERNMENT FOR PUBLICATION OF A FINAL RULE ON PROCEDURES FOR
APPROVAL OF MINING EQUIPMENT. NO LATER THAN THE DAY OF PUBLICATIO
OF THE FINAL RULE, THE AGENCY SHALL SUBMIT ONE COMPLETE PACKAGE
REQUESTING OMB APPROVAL FOR ALL PERMISSIBLE EQUIPMENT TESTING
PAPERWOR INCLUDING EXISTING PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS NOT REVISED BY
THE FINAL RUL OUR CONDITIONS OF CLEARANCE DATED 1/05/87 FOR THE
PROPOSED PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS REMAIN UNCHANGED. THE SUBMISSION
FOR THE FINAL RULE SHAL QUANTIFY ANY CHANGES IN PAPERWORK BURDEN
ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE FINAL RUL IN ADDITION, THE SUBMISSION FOR THE
FINAL RULE SHALL INCLUDE A REQUEST FOR OMB APPROVAL OF THE
PAPERWORK REQUIREMENT IN PROPOSED PARAGRAPH 15.7(B), QUALITY
ASSURANCE, WHICH WAS OMITTED FROM THE ORIGINAL REQUES FOR APPROVAL
OF PAPERWORK IN THE PROPOSED RULE.

CONTAIN PROCEDURES BY WHICH MANUFACTURERS MAY APPLY FOR, AND HAVE
EQUIPMENT APPROVED AS PERMISSIBLE FOR USE IN MINES.
