Abstract: THIS DATA IS NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH APPLICANT'S CITIZENSHIP AND IDENTIFY AND FOR PASSPORT SERVICES TO DETERMINE ENTITLEMENT TO THE ISSUANCE OF A U.S. PASSPORT.
