Abstract: IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FINANCIA ASSISTANCE, GRANT APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE AND SIGN THE L&WCF PROJECT AGREEMENT, NPS 10-902. IT SETS FORTH THE OBLIGATIONS ASSUMED BY THE STATE THROUGH ITS ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL ASSISTANCE INCLUDING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE CONDUCT OF A PROJECT UNDER THE L&WCF ACT AND ANY SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THE PROJECT ESTABLISHED BY NPS AGREEMENT.
