Abstract: THIS PERFORMANCE REPORT IS USE BY STATE AGENCIES THAT HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE STATE STUDENT INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM. THE DEPARTMENT USES THE INFORMATION COLLECTE TO ASSES THE ACCOMPLOSHMENTS OF THE FEDERAL/STATE GRANT PROGRAM. STATES ARE REQUIRED TO MATCH THE FEDERAL GRANT THAT PROVIDES A SYSTEM OF FEDERAL/STATE GRANTS TO HELP QUALIFIED COLLEGE STUDENTS.
