Abstract: ALL SHIPMENTS OF HAZARDOUS WASTE MADE BY GENERATORS OF GREATER THAN 100 KG/MONTH MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY COPIES OF THE UNIFORM HAZARDOUS WASTE MANIFEST FORM. COPIES OF THE MANIFEST MUST THEN BE SIGNED AND RETAINED BY ALL TRANSPORTERS AND THE DESIGNATED DISPOSAL FACILITY. THE DISPOSAL FACILITY MUST ALSO CHECK THE MANIFEST AGAINST THE SHIPMENT AND FILE A DISCREPANCY REPORT IF NECESSARY AND RETURN A SIGNE
