Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, the Census Bureau Quarterly Financial Report is approved for one year thru December 1989. As agreed to by the Census Bureau, it shall work with other divisions within Census, BEA, and other interested Federal agencies to develop a uniform definition for for "domstic consolidation". Upon resubmission of this package for clearance in December 1989, the Bureau shall provide a report describing its progress toward reaching an agreement within the Federal Government on domestic consolidation.
