Abstract: STATES WILL PROVIDE DATA AND PROGRAM INFORMATION BIANNALLY TO ASSURE E THAT THEY HAVE AN ADEQUATE UNDERSTANDING OF (1) THEIR CURRENT HAZARDOU WASTE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM, (2) FUTURE CAPACITY NEEDS, AND (3) REALISTIC PLANS FOR MEETING LONG-TERM NEEDS.
