Abstract: MANUFACTURERS OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO THIS AGENCY WHEN THEY DETERMINE A RECALL CAMPAIGN IS NEEDED. THIS HELPS THE AGENCY KNOW THE MANUFACTURER'S DETERMINATION. THE MANUFACTURERS MUST REPORT ON THE STATUS OF THE RECALL CAMPAIGN, SO THE AGENCY CAN MONITOR THE RECALL.
