Abstract: AN ALCOHOL INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE: EXPEDITE DRIVER LICENSE SUSPENSION FOR DRUNK DRIVERS, SELF-SUFFICIENT COMMUNITY DWI PROGRAMS, ENFORCEMENT OF UNDER AGE DRINKING LAWS, AND TO DISCOURAGE OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINERS AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN MOTOR VEHICLES.
