COMMERCIAL AVIATION OPERATORS SUBMIT ANTI-DRUG PLANS FOR FAA APPROVAL. AFTER PLAN APPROVAL, THEY IMPLEMENT DRUG TESTING PROGRAM AND SUBMIT SEMIANNUAL REPORTS OF RESULTS. THE FAA EXERCISES OVERSIGHT OF PROGRAM ESTABLISHMENT, MONITORS TEST RESULTS AND WILL CONDUCT INDUSTRY AUDITS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH PLANS REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
